Wakefield Valley offers two settings for wedding receptions. Our most popular location is our elegant and spacious Griswold Room, accommodating up to 225 guests. This grand ballroom features cathedral ceilings with skylights and chandeliers, an inlaid parquet dance floor, panoramic views through our three walls of windows, outdoor balconies overlooking our golf course and an indoor balcony perfect for your bouquet toss and photographs. Many brides have chosen our Durbin House, built in 1767, for their receptions. The Durbin House offers quaint, country charm in a private setting for groups of 40 or fewer. Wakefield Valley also offers a beautifully landscaped outdoor ceremony site for a nominal fee.

Our diverse gourmet menu can be custom-tailored to any bride's tastes. Choose from elegant plated meals, bountiful buffets or trendy food stations. Wakefield Valley's Sales Department will help you to select the perfect menu and beverage service to suit your guests. We offer white linen tablecloths and skirts, your choice of colored linen napkins and hurricane globe centerpieces for each reception, at no additional charge. We can even refer you to local florists, photographers, limousine companies and other wedding service providers to make your planning a piece of cake!
