INFO REQUEST 		Complete and submit the form below to request a tee time reservation. PLEASE NOTE: Online tee time request forms can be submitted for weekday times only (Monday through Friday). For weekend times, you must telephone the golf shop at 410-876-6662. The golf shop begins accepting weekend tee time reservations at 4:00 PM each Monday. For weekday reservations, online request forms will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis; therefore, submitting the form as early as possible will increase your chance of receiving your first choice of times.

ALSO: By completing this form, you are requesting a tee time -- it is not a confirmation and should not be construed as such. After we have received and processed your request, you will receive a telephone confirmation from one of our golf professionals. If you do not include a phone number with your form, or if our golf staff cannot reach you for any reason, your tee time request will not be honored.
